I assume the document is accurate. If it isnt, I am sure there will be a strong rebuttal saying that the summary was a lie. However, I havent read anywhere that this was a new document. So, for now I will take it at face value.

Its the original document with sensitive sections redacted, though I would prefer a photocopy that shows the extent of the redactions.
