if my opponent just called on the flop i would be able to confidently read him for an overpair like TT+ or a spade draw. the spades got there on the turn but they don't slow him down. at the same time he can't have the nut flush since you have the As. i feel like he has 33, 22 or maybe 44, broadway spades for the flush (JT+) are also squarely in his range. i'd fold.
