I think folding is out of the question. You can't continue to be pushed around, especially with very solid hands.

The most logical move, to me, would be to push. Depending upon how he's reacted in the past to someone pushing back (and any hands he's shown down after re-raising), I might consider calling, then pushing. I wouldn't do this in this case, because he will probably push regardless of the flop, with half your chips already in the pot. I don't think it makes sense to put half your chips in the pot with a hand that will probably miss the flop, then fold to a bet.
