WTF do i do about minbet-minreraisers (Stars $55r)

I think we all get now that this is a bad play to raise the turn because a good player is only calling with a better hand, and folding weaker hands, and your only building a pot if he calls, where as there is a better route to take to get to a showdown. Im interested in knowing with stacks this size what are most of you calling preflop with?
