Default leading PP on flop, A (or K) falls on turn

I've been in these situations a lot, and they get me frustrated, mainly because I don't know the right thing to do and have to guess.

I play full table $1/2 Party.

Example 1

UTG+1 limps, MP limps, LP limps, I am in BB w/88.

4 players 4.5 SB

Flop is 7 2 3 rainbow. I bet, get 2 callers.

Turn is an A.

Example 2

I am UTG w/TT. I raise. get same 3 callers, blinds fold.

same flop, same turn.

----

There are of course some other variables to these situations:

- is there a flush draw on flop
- how many players called the flop
- what if the turn card is not an Ace but a KQJ

but genrally, this situation gives me a lot of headaches.

normally I lead example 1 turn anyway. Example 2 I tend to check fold, is that too weak?
