whaaaat! one time i set up a private tourney with about 10 friends and by accident we made it a heads up tourney... when it started we asked support for a 10 way deal and for them to keep rake but they wouldn't do it! bah. we ended up shoving every hand and having to send funds to people manually. borrring.
