they temporarily lift chat bans. 2 friends of mine asked to chop a HU sng by chip count and support had to lift one of the guy's chat ban for a while in order to carry it out.

i need new friends.

I asked this a few days ago when I thought I was going to be banned.

The answer was to just spam "sitting out" until the admin realizes you can't speak.
