Live tourney,can I possibly fold any of these??

From a smallish buy-in($100) live tourney this weekend.

From experience,some decent,mostly crappy players here.

Hand 1. MP and SB are nits,no read on UTG+1.
Blinds 50/100,Stacks,I've got 6k,UTG+1 and SB 5k,MP little less than 3k.

UTG+1 raises to 300,I'm UTG+2,look down at KK,rr to 1000,MP calls,SB calls,OR shoves.

Not worried about MP and SB,but OR must know that I'm not going to rr light from EP,so he must have a big hand,right? However,is there anyway I can make a hero laydown here?

Hand 2,Blinds at 5/1k,we are 7 handed,I raise to 3k w KJo in CO,kid in SB tanks,looks into my soul,talks a little and pushes for 10k. Blinds fold,I have him covered,but if I lose,I will be left with only 5k.

I don't have that much of a read on him,but he seems a pretty straight forward player,and I doubt that he would push here without a real hand.
