Default Problem with small bet in semi-big pot

Hi all,

What do you think of this? Hope you guys could give me some advice.

On the low stakes that i'm playing at, 6-max sit and go's, i do pretty well. However, i'm a bit lost when this occurs (and it occurs several times in 1 tourney):

Say for example, you hold KTs, you are in the big blind and it get min-raised pre flop. 4 others will see the flop. the pot lays for example 8x BB and all you get is 2 overcards.

Now what happens most of the time, is that these guys on those low-stakes are raising 1x BB in these situations. The pot is 300 and these guys are betting 20 into it. Shoving with 3 people behind you isn't the right play on such a board...

And what on the river? Calling 20 in a pot of 400 with merely King high? Or just let it go and save the 20? Where is the border? I feel lost playing these kind of pots... You certainly get the pod-odds to see a turn for almost free, but i have the feeling that you could save yourself 1 big bet in certain situations.

Thanks
