75 live about 4 handed. If there was a PT for live games then this villain would be semiloose passive. Although he is passive he will still exhibit some normal aggression postflop with real hands like top pair or very big draws. His flop raises usually mean a reasonable connection with the flop in the form of draw or middle pair+. A big bet street raise means you're headed for white water unless you have a huge hand. He misses mountains of value on his hands in general and is probably one of the worst players on the river that I have played with in a long time. Strangely enough I feel he actually plays worse in position on the river by checking down hands that are 100% winners while OOP he seems to understand the concept of betting when you are going to call a bet anyway and you have a decent hand.
I open A9, he calls in BB. Flop: J93r He c/c Turn: 8 offsuit He c/c River: 4 He bets I don't think I've ever seen him c/c flop with top pair. That certainly doesn't mean he hasn't done it before but I'm smelling a 9 of some sort here so I raise. |
