The advice in this thread is really weird.
I would 4bet preflop, chances are you get MP out of the way and play it heads up against a min 3bet donk.
As played, after preflop action, MP virtually always has 22-TT. I think on the flop, he usually makes a strong donk with a strong hand because he can't necessarily depend on CO to make a cbet and the flop is fairly drawy. So I would say his range is a set or maybe TT. As much of a nit as this guy is, I play it the same way.
