It is pretty uncommon for live players to 3 bet overs here vs a good player and a fish. His 3 bet will almost always be an overpair. You just don't really want to see an Ace on the turn since if he has KK he may get scared that one of you has him beat. That may be a good card to change plans and lead out.

Agreed, these were my thoughts exactly. Although if an Ace hits and he raises again you may be in trouble.
