Default Advice of adjustments from LHE to O/8

I am very new at O/8. I play live 3/6 w/ a full kill at Commerce. I enjoy the game if, particularly if you have the right (loose passive) kind of table that works for LHE.

I am looking for advice on adjusting my game. I am really looking for tips on post-flop play. I am comfortable with my standards for pre-flop hand selection, but any brilliant insight would, of course be appreciated.

I had a long session live Sat. that prompted this question. I had a night of an oversupply of good hands that either got counterfeited or were diamond flush draws that never delivered. Now since it is the same deck of 52 cards, I am counting outs and odds the same way I do in LHE. Did I just encounter a really "odd" night, or am I missing something here?

So any insights into transistioning into being a better 3/6 limit O/8 player would be appreciated.
