Default 20/40 AK, big pot , ugly turn

Turn: (7.75 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero...

Whats your play...?
I had no info about the players. The Turn card is ugly and also I'm commited to the pot. The Qc and Jc are 2 cards that I didn't want to see on that turn.

The "+" about betting are:
-protect this big pot, get rid of the pairs , gutshots and little clubs
-value bet your probably best hand

The "-" about betting
-you could get Check-raised by unknown player, and you could be drawing dead
The cards that could Check-raise are
Made flush - no outs (I would probably get some heat on flop)
AJ,J9, - on average drawing to half pot
KK,TT,QQ,- have some outs
KT,KQ,QT,- have decent outs compared to pot ods

I think its borderline, but want to hear some opinions and also arguments

Good Variance
