At work so no HH, sorry. I can not put him on a hand, but am I beating anything other than a bluff on this river, and is it a bluff often enough? Any better line for this hand?

Villain is a TAG 22/13/3.5 we have not really been involved with each other, other than 3 betting each other preflop. Have not really seen too much from him, maybe a bit more aggro than the usual TAG.
He has $350 in MP, I cover on the SB.
