I disagree. His stats are passive. If he likes to call with crappy hands then you have made the pot large when you are ahead of his range and can valuebet the crap out of him. A player like this shouldn't be that hard to play out of position.

By the way, I like a bet here on the turn unless he is a complete showdown muppet. I think a smallish turn bet ($45 or so) with the intention of shoving any river is sexier then a shove.
