Am I supposed to fold this and wait and see if CO busts in the BB? I tinkered with calling ranges and it says this is never a push. I don't understand.

You said you adjusted ranges but clearly something is wrong. This is never anything but a push.

The Wizard says this is a push if I put SB and BB's calling range on 50% or less. Are you using the latest release?

Yes, he is. I was just pointing out to OP that if the opponent calling ranges are tight enough, a push is +$EV. I think this is a case where pushing is -$EV, but future hands are likely to be more -$EV.
This is the biggest limitation of ICM. It only considers the current hand. I am currently working on an enhancement that will effectively remove this limitation. |
