warning to anyone wanting to try this: last two friends who tried it FREAKED out. One related the story to me (which I will not do because I can't do it justice) and it sounded scary as all hell. The jist of it is that he felt that he was trapped in a world in which he had no power and time was endless. The other guy just flipped, I don't know about his story.
All three of my friends who tripped while trying this freaked out. be careful.

The trick is to lie down and close your eyes right after you smoke it. It's very disorienting (and not much fun) if you're going to do it and then run around smashing things.
I usually drink kava before smoking it since it makes me relax.
