[ QUOTE ]
Are we also folding JJ and QQ here but calling with KK+? [/ QUOTE ] i wouldn't be in this spot with KK/QQ since i'll almost always reraise pf with those hands. i'll reraise JJ some of the time, reraise TT less frequently, and seldom reraise 99. i thought durrrr should've pushed on the flop if he wanted to play on; he rightly concluded that he had good equity against the donk's range, so i think he should try to get it hu vs him. my hand range should be pretty apparent: either 99-JJ or big spades or a set. after his coldcall he's not folding if i push, so if i have a set so be it; but he should want to get rid of me if i have the other two types of holdings, the big spades or 99-JJ. we discussed this a little in pm's and his point was that if he coldcalls there with a monster but pushes with a marginal hand that makes him too readable; a valid point, and his call was scary enough that i dropped anyway. |
