Chicken Walnut Pizza in White Sauce with Red Onion
I stole this concept from a pizza I had at one of those gourmet pizza places scattered all over Southern California. It was really good but overall a tad on the dry side. I think next time I make this - yes, definitely a next - I will add a bit more sauce. If you attempt this, use more white sauce than you do tomato sauce on a normal pizza. Other than that, it was delicious. Another thought I just had while typing this, you might want to brush the top of it with melted butter just before serving. I think olive oil might take away from the subtle flavor of the bechamel.
