whats the point fo making a small bet which forces all weak hands which you are ahead of to folds and give all proper draws odds to call?

i'm not saying his bet is correct, i'm saying it's logical (logical in his mind - like, "my hand/draw is good so i'll bet a little" kind of logic).
btw, when you push, what are you representing? a boat doesn't push the turn. if you had a straight or a set on the flop multiway on a super drawy flop, he might think you would raise (assuming he thinks at all, which he probably doesn't). you could have A5 or 56, but all he sees is that no flush hit and that there are no aces or kings on the board.
