summary/results
I got some quality advice in this thread, and it was really nice to get some of this stuff off my chest. Thanks OOT, you never let me down.
The consensus is that I [censored] up royal, which I already knew, but it was good to see exactly how I [censored] up and what to do and not do next time around. I've been staying away from them so far, but I will likely give it another shot in a few weeks and see if things can work. Most likely though, I'll end up losing them both as friends, which is really too bad, but at least I've learned something.
