You don't like it, what's it to you? I don't want to throw myself into, say, time-share sales because I think it would be an awesome challenge to try to sink or swim in precisely the sort of thing I'm worst at. Work is stupid and lame. That's time and effort I could be spending on fencing tournaments or this sweet new essay collection. Why is this attitude personally offensive to you?
