I think I posted something like this in one of the other threads, but I'm still confused as to how this situation:

A wants to gamble with B
B gets A to accept these conditions
A loses
A doesn't pay

= B is a scumbag

[/ QUOTE ]

You missed out the bit where B lied to A to get him to accept the conditions. Some think the lying is acceptable and all part of the game, others don't make a living by gambling on golf.

FYFMP.

Neither do I, but I have gambled for serious amounts of money before on the golf course. When I first started I was naive to this and lost and took my lumps and paid like a man and learned how the game is played for real money.

I am still a lifetime loser at golf. Don't you think it says something that anyone that has golfed for serious money has the same outlook on this?
