He was on his way out. The cops basically stopped him and grabbed him. Do they have reasonable suspicion that a crime has taken place? (trespassing argument is weak, he was obviously a student and on his way out) .. I really don't know how many times I can point this out.

i dont even know why im wasting my time ... look, if a cop is called to a scene (6 cops actually), they are going to try to figure out what happened, and not let the guy just WALK OUT. "Do they have reasonable suspicion that a crime has taken place?" uh yes, why else would they have been called to the library?
