In the Sklansky sense of the mistake, it's almost impossible to go 10 hands without making some sort of mistake.

In the sense of making a play or a fold where the reality is that you chose the -EV option given the info out there, I certainly feel good when I'm making only one mistake every 200 or so hands. You can't expect to play perfectly. More to the point you can swap small mistakes (limp-calling a raise with a suited connector) for larger postflop mistakes from your opponents. A speculative mistake, in a sense.
