I like a 1/2 pot bet.
checking appears that you have a hand and what to show it down cheaply, but not worth value betting.
betting out appears that you might be trying to push him off a hand or that you have a very strong hand, and this is a very hard river for him to bluff raise you given the consistent strength you've shown throughout the hand.
