If you would have said something like this to me, I don't think you would like the response. This is just shameful.
I tip a dealer because they do their job well. If they do their job poorly they get nothing. The same goes for floor people who enforce policies like this.

Mason, while I agree that dealers should be compensated based on their service level, wouldn't no rake be more money in your pocket with taking care of the dealer (which you're likely going to do anyway) than paying the rake as well?
Even if you "up" the tips a bit in this situation, I would think it would still be less of a contribution than you'd pay in rake.
