Reminds me of a time I was playing 15/30 and there was some guy who had $120k at the table or something.
He was about 93/80. Amazing.
All these observers were talking to him and congratulating him.
I later saw that it was because his name was at the top of the party main-lobby after having won the bad-beat jackpot.
I was to his immediate left and it was a golden-opportunity. I dropped $2k or so always getting rivered by his 43o and what-not and then scratched and clawed my way back to even before he called it a night.
He lost about $9k to the rest of the table.
