Re: Luxor 1/2 $50 buy in?

Thanks for the expectations. Like I said, I am not going to play there very often..just enough to fulfill my poker rate requirement which is 5 hours a day divided by 3 people staying in the room.

Re: Tunica Horseshoe 10/20

I have been there a few weekends when they get a 10-20, but it is pretty rare. I would for sure go to Shoe for 10-20 first, but I think the NL games are better at the Strike from what I have played....

Re: Tunica Horseshoe 10/20

The first time I ever played 10/20 live was at the Shoe. The two times I played it, it was a fairly soft game. There were only maybe 2 or 3 people at the table that were better than what I would see...

Re: Best dealing school in Las Vegas?

Well, I can do other things until that opportunity becomes available, just figured going to school wouldn't hurt things. One or two days a week even wouldn't be that bad for now.

Best dealing school in Las Vegas?

First, some little background on myself before we get into the reasoning:

I am 26 years old and will be moving to Las Vegas in August/September. Now, I already stated that as I am asking for...

Las Vegas Residents

I am moving to Las Vegas in August and am trying to get an idea of how much bills are going to be. Anybody that lives out there..give me an idea on electric, water, cable, etc.

Re: Moving to LV next week

I found lots of nice places for 900 and 3 bedroom, the luxury 3 bedrooms were just 1100....you can even get a house in the 900 range a month for three bedrooms.

Re: A question on LOST/Halliburton suitcase

Yeah, Sawyer doesn't like anybody (well, except Kate maybe) and doesn't really care if Jin has handcuffs on or not. I am sure he would take it off if Jin was willing to pay him in some way.

God,...

Re: German translation from \'Hostel\' sought (SPOILERS, probably)

I actually liked the movie, but I can see where it did go wrong in some places. I felt like the first 45 minutes was a reason for some TandA (not that there is anything wrong), and pointless...

Re: When the entire table goes on tilt, Poker is fun!

I will be at Caesers this weekend...is the 10/20 been a pretty good game for you? I have only played 4/8 and 6/12 there and it was real loose. How much did you buy in for and average stack?

Re: Moving to LV next week

I am moving in August as well, so I will wish you luck. When I was apartment hunting (3 bedroom's) the nicest area seemed to be the Henderson area.

For a 3 bedroom, we saw some nice ones for about...

Re: Best Buffet In Vegas?

My favorite is the Paris buffet. Reason being I love some crab legs, but the trouble for anybody that has eaten them is that they are a lot of work. However, the Paris buffet has them split in half...

Re: Do AC dealers care if you play props?

I don't think the High Stakes Poker has much to do with more people playing props because they hardly mention it on the show. I think it will have an effect of people wanting to "run it twice".

I...

Re: Best poker room in Tunica for beginner??

I say anywhere, the players are terrible down there. A few good NL playes, but 3/6 and 4/8 you should profit from. When I went last month one of my friends that went had never played anymore than a...

Re: gold strike tunica

You can still smoke as long as it is behind the rail, which sucks if you are playing on the rail.

I went just a month ago and got my room for 39 a night at poker rate....have the rates jumped a...

Not sure, I am sure you can find some Soprano fan site that lists all the songs used on the show..that is route I would go.

I did this for Nip/Tuck to download some music earlier and it was...

Re: finally got my xbox 360...what games are cool

I play NBA 2k6 all the time. Project Gotham racing is really good if you want a good racing game you can show off the power of the 360. Kameo is a fun game that is cheaper.

I would take Madden...

Re: Jackpots and dealer tipping etiquette question

This question just has disaster written all over it. There are lots of disagreements on here on tipping beliefs. I normally tip $1 a pot unless it is unusually large then maybe $2.

I have been...

Re: Roll Call: Who going to Vegas this weekend?

Re: Caesar\'s In, HOS, Holdem,O/8, Stud/8 10-20 half kill

Just go ask and they will give it to you. You shouldn't pay for a meal in Tunica at all, unless you want to eat at the steakhouse at the Shoe...which is very good btw.
