I guess you are right that one improves ones capacity over time.

I think there is a real problem for me when several tables needs to be adressed at the very same...

I am a beginner, surely you are a more experienced player, having said that, I believe one way to improve ones play is to analyze real hands you played and find out if the statistics/odds were right...
