What HUD Stats for Tournaments? And once more: PO or PT?

I want to improve my play in online tournaments, and am going to try using PT or PO (which I don't yet own) in order to do so.

Have there been any threads on what statistics might be best for...

Differences Between .50/1.00 and 2/4 at WPX?

After getting clubbed at the two-four dollar tables I dropped down to the .50/1.00 and have been doing well consistently enough that I'd like to step back up.

I assumed it would be about the same as late MP standards in a ring game, but I don't know if I'm just assuming that or if the pot equity...

It's not even close. Putting in the effort to learn the tracking software and then putting in the further effort of building a data bank is what pro's who play low-limit do and htey do it in teams....
