I tried opening a CentralCoin account since Stars says they use that service. I was able to open the account, but I was unable to fund the account for some unknown reason (FP hooked up to my bank...

I see that you are referring to withdrawals in your quote. I imagine that Click2Pay/eChecks would work for deposits as well?

Has Click2Pay announced anything given the impending legislation...

On Saturday, I withdrew money to my bank account at no charge. In addition, I was never assessed a fee withdrawing money previous to this weekend.

I just checked today and they are now charging...
