You can set your desktop icon to run PS.bat automatically. Right click on the desktop icon, and go to properties. In the shortcut tab, change the target to "C:\ProgramFiles\PokerStars\PS.bat"

Make sure you have the correct date selected in the Preferences tab. If it's set for a date when you didn't play any hands at that limit, you'll get no data.

If villian would have 3-bet the flop, we have an easy fold. If he calls the check raise, we have to bet the turn...

Given our position, leading out on the flop is your best play here I think.
Once you've decided to check the flop though, raising a bet by CO is probably a good choice. There is no reason to...
