It will be a disaster indeed but i doubt that Party will go out of bussines, you underestimate the fish from outside the US, i know that there is like 75% of US players and when they will leave, also...

Hum if this would be possible, lets say the poker rooms in several states and they join together somehow like you said. Would it be possible for people outside of US to join and play there or not?
