Difference between $3.40 and $6.50

A while back I was 6 tabling the 3.40s on Stars and had about a 32% ROI over a sample of about 500... I was wondering how much of a difference there is in the level of play at those compared to the $6.50 level. I believe I have the capability to show a profit at that level but I just wanted to check the difference in the level of play. Thanks

I can't say first hand but I'm sure the reduced rake will make up for any increase in skill (although 32% seems high at any level these days).

you have a very small sample, but i dont anticipate the 6.50s to be hard enough to not make it worth while between reduced rake and general quality of play if youre rolled

Not much difference in the quality of play. It's been a while since I've played any $6.50s but I've reviewed lots of HHs for others and the standard of play is still horrible.

As others have said, the reduced % rake will make up for any reduction in ROI due to less horrible play compared to the $3.40s.

the 6.50s are a lot better than the 3.40s, but still easy beatable and quite bad. the 6.50s standardplayer is a bit tighter and knows a lil bit about pushmode. but still easy. if you have the bankroll, play the 6.50s
