Netteller Accounts are not reportable

Netteler accounts are not offshore foriegn accounts and do not need to be reported. I too am an Enrolled Agent and disagree with what I have been reading regarding this subject. not trying to start a war but this information comes from a attorney who is known by many online gamming site investors and we specilize in gamming & taxes. if this was no limit i would not hesitate to push all my chips in on this one.
