Default Tilting fish running bad

I am running very bad so far this year. -150BB over 10,000 and spiralling down. There is, as always, the bad luck but I am really looking at my game and trying to improve. Here ae soem numbers let me know what you think.

I think I need to raise more preflop, tighten up in blinds and value bet river more. What else do you see. I have also gone over my individual hands and have found some problems with big unsuited broadway like AJ and KQ so I am trying to rectify that and middle pairs like 88 continue to be difficult. SO far this year my big hands AA,KK,QQ,JJ,AK,AQs are over $700 in hole. ANy feedback welcomed

Hands 16,763
VP$IP 17.85
FSB 80
FBB 50 (too loose)
Steal 28
W$WSF 36
WSD 32.23
W$SD 50.04
PFR 7.96
Fold river 37
Flop agg 2.19
turn agg 2.45
river agg 1.67

I have looked at the sticky stat post and see many numbers fall within range but there are some problems for sure. Hoping more experienced eyes can pick up something.
Totally other topic where am I going to find these extra raises? 88UTG raise? KQoff UT+1 raise? Advice in this regard helpful too.

Try to steal a bunch more, which should increase your PFR. Try to avoid open-limping anything, if possible. If you're first in and you want to play, then raise.

Also your W$SD, combined with your comment about losing $$$ with big pairs, obviously indicates that running bad is part of the problem...but also make sure you're not calling down (esp in multiway pots) in situations where you're too likely beaten. i.e. do you stubbornly call every street with KK in a 4-way pot after an ace flops?

Raise more preflop. Steal/defend more blinds.

Most of this is at 3/6 with 1,000 at 5/10 when I took a shot earlier when I was running decent.
