Keeping track at bet365

How do I keep track of the # of raked hands I've played to unload the $100 deposit bonus?
Does it release in $10 increments or as one sum of $100 once the required hands are played?

Menu -> raked hands -> press the button.

It doesn't release until you email them and tell them to give you the bonus. Just email them once and be patient...they will get back to you eventually.

Yeah, I only found out by accident.

I emailed them saying that I'd completed enough hands to clear my bonus.

They emailed ME saying that no, I haven't (at $1/$2), but that I had cleared xxx amount, and here it is.

I have never had a problem keeping track of my raked hands on bet365. I use the rake hand counter from the first date I played for the month involved and only play in games that qualify for the bonus 50 cent $1 pot or no limit or $1 $2 limit. I only clear one prima bonus at a time so the counter only reflects bet365 hands.
