Is villain really likely to fire turn when a horrible card comes out? I think check/call turn, check fold river? Maybe bet fold if the turn is checked back? What worse hands do we get value from?

Since you cant fold c/c is really bad. c/r or maybe lead, or else every hand you beat will just check it down. Stacksizes are 2 small for him to fire river as a bluff

[/ QUOTE ] I see QQ/KK fire here from time to time. Yes it's irrational, but it happens.

Personally I don't like 3-betting an UTG+1 raise from such a nit with AQs, but you did and you just hit your card. Go to the felt with it. OP's bet sizing is crap so I garuntee he gets more value from almost anything by C/R'ing than betting out.
