Default Advice when raising the stakes

I have been playing online poker for about a year playing 25nl and been pretty good at it. I've been trying 100nl and been playing for a couple of months and can only stay at break even. My VPIP is 19%, AF is 2.9 and preflop raise is 5.4 for 4000 hands. I find myself giving a free card at the wrong time (guess thats what greed does) and the occasional bad luck. Any general advice would be greatful.

Cheers

4k hands isn't anywhere near close enough to accurately judge your winrate. hell, 10x that amount isn't enough either.

but those stats suggest you really need to be raising more. keeping your vpip where it is i'd try for something like 19/16

Read posting guidelines, stickies, and hand threads. Post in hand threads. Post an occasional hand of your own. Don't start dumb threads.
