Default Epass Question, can anyone answer?

I have two questions that I have submitted to their respectable supports back on Thursday that I still have not heard back on yet.

1. Is UB cashing out to Epass yet?

2. I am having trouble getting my EPass upgraded to select status even though I have two load options registered. Does anyone know what time frame the #'s in the chart are for? Is this per month? Per Week? Per Day?

Visa Virtual Standard Account Select Account
Load Limit US$500.00 US$1000.00
Single Cash Transaction Amount US$500.00 US$1000.00
Number of Transactions 10 20
Number of Loads 5 10

Visa Card Standard Account Select Account
ATM Cash Withdrawal Amount US$300.00 US$600.00
Single Cash Transaction Amount US$500.00 US$1000.00
Number of ATM Transactions 5 10
Number of Transactions 10 20

I have no idea on the 2nd one, but I emailed UB and got the response that said I needed to make a deposit with epass first, I did and epass was a WD option at that point.
