I am a Canadian citizen with property and a Canadian back account but I have lived and worked in the US for the last 3 years.

Can I open a new poker account using my Canadian bank account and address and if so can I log in from the US and play?

I live in Michigan and was wondering if it is possible to purchase a house/rent an apartment in Canada, get a Canadian bank account, and pay a utility bill without being a Canadian citizen. Would this be possible, and, if so, would I need to play online from the Canadian residence or could I play online in Michigan on non-US sites?
