ftp and ub rb questions

I know this kind of thing has been asked before, but I'm still not sure of the answers.

First of all, I have ub and ftp accounts that have not been used for over a year at least. I never deposited money on any of these accounts and I'm pretty sure I did not click on a banner to get to these sites, although not a 100% sure.

I would like to get rb and the standard deposit from these sites. i'm not sure,yet, which site I would like to start with, but this info will help me make my decision.
