quick, is poker stars buddy list AHK illegal?

i accidentally ran the pstars buddy list ahk without logging in, which caused there to be a whole bunch of incorrect login attempts on my account, and now i can't log in.

when i talk to pstars to fix it, can i admit i was trying to use the buddy list program or is that not kosher?

You can certainly tell them that you were using an AHK auto-login script, and that it was bugged. AHK is absolutely legal.
