Full Tilt Poker Cashout????????

How is it that Full Tilt requires confidential information such as Driver's License and Utility Bill in order to send out a cheque. I'm not a high roller and it isn't even for a large amount.

Stars and Party never asked for this, what's going on here?

From what I've heard, sometimes Party and Stars DO ask for them. It's seems to happen particularly often when you deposit and stuff with a credit card. I always use Neteller, and I've never had a problem.

Party never asked for that from me, either. They just called (twice) to verify my account info.
