Default Importing a Pt Database - Problem

I recently purchased a PT database and everything is working fine (I see all the stats and hands) but when I pull up the individual hand histories it comes up blank). The rar file said that everything was fine (so it was not corrupted). Anything I can try in Pokertracker to access this guys Database.

Are these observed hands? There is an option in PT that says to not save the HH text for observed hands.

No, this is a database someone sent to me with all their played hands, it is supposed to include hand histories and has worked for others.

Ok, then i think you will need the hhdb file. Haven't had an Access database, but I think that will do the trick.
