For all you ballers... this is how you should be setting your future... Get your nice rides out of the way...


Get 3 if you have to...

Get a nice house in city #1...

Get a second house city #2...

Put a sick home theater in it

Get a third house in city #3...

Get a nice downtown condo for them city nights... penthouse baby...

Get 2 more condos... rent them out


Get 2 more townhomes... rent them out


It's all about real estate baby!!!
