Books for an online newbie.
I enjoy no limit more than limit, but if limit is much easier, I would gladly change over to that.
So if someone could point me in the direction of good books for begginners for each type it would be greatly appreciated. |

Re: Books for an online newbie.
If you already play no limit and enjoy it, then continue to play no limit.
I started off with limit because it is more "mechanical." I requiors a full understanding of odds, position, hand reading, etc. But once I feel like a have a firm grasp of all the "mechanics," I plan to move to no limit. Anyway, here's my reading list: No Limit Getting Started in Hold'em Championship Pot Limit and No Limit Hold'em Phil Gordon's Little Green Book Kill Phil Tournament Poker for Advanced Players Harrington on Hold'em 1 & 2 (if you read only one no limit hold'em book, read these two) Theory of Poker Inside the Poker Mind Psychology of Poker Limit Getting Started in Hold'em Winning Low Limit Hold'em Small Stakes Hold'em (if you read only one limit hold'em book, read this one) Theory of Poker Hold'em Poker for Advanced Players Inside the Poker Mind Psychology of Poker |

The only thing I would change would be to remove Championship Pot-Limit and No-Limit Hold'em and replace it with Pot-Limit and No-Limit Poker. |
