Default JT nut straight on turn with paired board

Everybody goes broke despite the risks here, right? I expect to split this a good deal of the time.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) TightPoker converter

Button ($65.60)
SB ($12.50)
BB ($34.60)
UTG ($4)
MP ($20.20)
Hero ($27.35)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, Button calls $0.25, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($1.25) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, MP checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.6</font>, Button folds, SB calls $0.60, BB calls $0.60, MP calls $0.60.

Turn: ($3.65) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $1</font>, MP calls $1, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $5</font>, SB calls $5, BB calls $4, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $9</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $23.5</font>, SB calls $6.65 (All-In), BB folds, MP calls $10.35 (All-In).

River: ($63.15) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players, 2 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $63.15

i think your kidding yourself if you expect to split this very often at all.

If your going to bet the flop, Pot it. But Im not sure I like the bet.

Turn. its ugly. The problem here is that you might be drawing dead. Both MP and SB have at least trips. I might have just called MPs min-raise.

On the flop bet at least a $1. As played, I don't mind your turn raise, but MP raises you the gig is up. I think your behind more often then your ahead so fold.

I don't understand/like the flop bet. If you do bet, bet more like $1.

As played, I would call MPs call/3-bet on the turn, and folding would honestly be an option too. That raise is the biggest "I'm gonna milk you guys for all you're worth with my FH" raise I've ever seen.

WTF @ flop bet??? What was your plan there? When MP call/raises, I think I just call behind and try to get to showdown.

I definitely fold the turn. MP's call/raise is a FH 99% of the time. And your limp preflop is too loose.

Flop bet was just a small position bet. Nobody does this?

when the best case scenario is a split, your cards should be in the muck. Period.

One more thing, GO BLUE.

People enjoy slowplaying trips, and if you hit your gs you will make a lot of money (as long as they don't have a boat). Also, it's 4 handed, so it is more likely someone hit and you will get called by a lot. So just check behind and hope to hit.

Sure we do, just not on a 5-way flop. What do you hope to accomplish by making this bet?
